Well he's not really in the window but this cute dog frame is in the store right now. 
Also in the store are fruit jars, lots of fruit jars.  One would be great for doggie treats.

Wildflower, Art and Garden Show is this Sunday May 18th
The pictures above are from the Gardens that are on tour.  You can see all 11 gardens that day.
The tickets are only $12.00 advance and $15.00 day of. Get them at My Friends and I or on line at www.niles.org    Great yards this year, everything from succulents to roses.
 
 Also that day the free events include
Quilt Show in the Plaza (across from us), sidewalk vendors featuring, plants, crafts, jewelry, etc...............2 open Artist Studios..................the Fremont Art Assoc. annual event..............Quilt challenge and display of Quilts of Honor at our 2 Niles Quilt Stores and of course shopping at our wonderful Niles stores.

Ok this is pretty cute.  Wonder if it works.  Think I'll give it a try.  Looks like more seeds than in a circle pattern.  If you try it and it works comment here on the blog.  Fun challenge.
 
 
DIY: Grow A Lemon Seed Indoor Plant •Soak lemons seeds overnight. •Gently remove outer layer of seeds. •Put back into water as you prepare soil. •Plant lemon seeds in a circle pattern. •Place small pebbles on top of seeds. •Water occasionally and watch it grow

Chess Squares

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
4 cups (1 lb) powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 300 and spray a 9×13 dish with cooking spray. Mix cake mix, melted butter and one egg to a soft dough. Press into the bottom of the pan. Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and remaining two eggs until smooth, about 1-2 mins. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 300 for 40-50 minutes until top is golden brown.

Ok I've been missing in action with posting on the blog.........I swear Facebook has me hooked, but will try and do better and if your not following me on Facebook click on the link and follow me.

I've got to ask you "how cute is this"?????  Dot Sticker Garland!!!  .  Who thinks of these things?  Guess I'll be looking for some of these and the bakers twine too.  I want lots of colors and I want to hang them everywhere.
